i dont know if its only coop or other banks too but these people should seriously upgrade. not to mention that lining to pick my ATM took me some good 2 hours..reaching the counter with my forms filled...these people got the nerve to tell me that the signature im giving now is SLIGHTLY different from the one i opened the account with about 8 years ago..key Word, slightly and that i go to the accounts manager n change my accounts signature 1st to one that you can remember easily, then come back...reaching the accounts manager section, there is a line of like 20 other people ahead of me who couldnt also remember their signature....were it not that my pocket only had 23 bob and i desperately needed that atm card, i would have seriously told maafakas off. In this time and age, with ur ID present, they still be verifying 8 year old signatures ..those things change bana!!
