i dont normal share my writing on facebook i save it for twitter but thought it fitted the Mothers day thing......so for all the mums that battle with the childrens dads im sure you will agree with this xxxx Born to you was a daughter. Born to you was a responsibility. Born to me was a life. Born to me was my life. Everyday you wake and moan of simple matters. Everyday you wake and live easy. Everyday she wakes to start a new day. Everyday she wakes with a smile on her face. Everyday she drifts further away. Everyday you do nothing to convince her to stay. Everyday I will wake with my daughter, my life, my everything. One day you will wake with nothing but yourself. So don’t blame me when she is all grown up. Don’t blame me if its not you she see’s. I wipe the tears that you gave her I cheer her up when you put her down I make her smile when you made her frown I am a mum this is what I do I will do nothing to help you She is my life She comes first Alison C Britt
