i guess i need to talk about the gigs coming up this week so i got an audience at em rather than show up and just have an audient. well then again, how bout you go to the tour page on my website and see where im playing rather than me listing them here and instead i can talk about something else..im gonna trust you that you do that..you better..or else..or else what? you ask. nothing..but you better. so is it just me or are all these pop country bro nashville guys singing songs that do nothing more than just pander? now i myself have pandered yet it appears to me these songs about trucks, tail gates and girls in daisy dukes are pretty much written with the sole purpose of just saying how country the singer is singing it and aint we cool cause we singing about how cool we are singing about this cliched stuff. i dont think these guys and their songs would appeal to feminists or real cool lowdown rockers. i watched some country festival on tv for a while and it looked like a cross between a political rally and a wrestling main event. now i see nothing wrong with either of those but firing up a crowd with nothing more but saying how country they are well it..it..ah..never mind..sorry i went there.. i just bummed myself out. gotta go take a 1965 gibson es345 to tonys to get it dressed. it was given to me by one ken tipton at gruene hall fri night..i will get pictures and give all the details soon. it is beautiful , sounds great and doesnt even have buckle scratches on it and i will be forever thankful to him. it is the nicest guitar as a gift i have ever received. gotta run. go to website or else. yours truly, rwh
