i had a block of text to go with this, just the whole way to be a dog master this dog will act this way near the garbage cans near the park area where i am near the mail boxes. I can not get the mail with her unless she can be 15 feet away from them do i coddle her stroke her, hug her, go sshshhss its ok, its ok youll be fine? only if i had the confidance of a leader, a dogmaster, and being someone she can rely on? that is the new dog training. its out dated to say that is teaching the dog to be afraid i hate it feeling like we need to bend over for her, that we need to adapt and let her be this way, as she may of been abused . so we need to make her happy by not bringing her to things she fears. that we need to let her get over it on her own times. its hard when i am just annoyed and exasperated. I dusted the other day and a small object fell to the ground. she was maybe 11 feet away from that, and she still had to scramble to another room. I cant do it alone, by alone, I mean only one wanting something done. she is a door dasher. so we need to make sure she never can run out the door, and not...train her to not run out the door. I think I know how the people feel, when they think autistic kids are brats acting up, and tell the parents they do a crap job with their kid and they raise them wrong, Im just going then to say the dog has some problem, if she ever needs to be baby sat from afar, or acts up we cant don anything, she is mental, she has Pstd and more. she likes running like an idiot but she has problems and cannot go to agility classes
