i have been wanting to post this rant for the longest time. might as well get it out of the way. as a dealer, i love to help people out with their problems related that deal with the products i provide. what i hate is when you ask questions as if you are going to buy through me, tell me that you are going to buy through me, send you an invoice and not pay it in a month or two or three. then come back to me asking for help with a product that you bought through another dealer. at least have the balls to tell me that you decided not to purchase the items. again, i will help you as much as i can, but when you go buy from another dealer after the fact stated above and im the fiirst person you come running to for help when something goes wrong and not the dealer you originally bought it through...yeah. i will not be so easily played. my answer will be go talk to the dealer that you went through for help with exchanges and stuff because at that point, i am not obligated to help you out with it.
