i havent written in awhile: as a boy i knew a simple life with an amazing brother and two awesome sisters. i had alot of good friends. most are still here today. at some point i started to doubt myself. i learned to hurt myself and others. started drinking at a young age and it amplified my hurt. self destruction became a favorite pass time. i wanted to crash and burn any chance i got but never had th guts to pull the trigger. im glad i never suceeded in my path to crash completely. in my second half of life i have learned all that truly matters is love for self and one another. i have learned that ego was my trap. i have learned that no matter the amount of hurt you will grow. i have shed many layers in my life. i thouroghly enjoy my life now and seek to learn more and love more. i am proof to you dear friends that is never too late to see something new in yourself and the world around you. time to grow.
