i know for some of us it is really hard to do this, to put on a bathing suit, or wear a tank top, and to really get over our insecurities about our physical appearances. I also know we would never want our own daughters to feel that way (or sons for that matter). Summer is hard for me because of how debilitating it can feel to be as insecure about my body as I am. Memories of fun summer with the kids is far more precious though, than my own self judgement. I have two daughters, and the subtleties they pick up can influence them for the rest of their lives, So I vow, to fake it til I make it. To stay as healthy and strong as I can, while being thankful for what I have, and to get over my own self judgement or fear of other peoples judgements, and to go out there dressed for the weather! :) Thanks for sharing Michelle Laflamme-Childs
