i know some of you heard this story before but i want to tell it... One day a father noticed his son was always getting angry so he handed his son some nails and told his son when ever you get angry nail a nail in the fence and so his son did and after awhile he learnd not to get angry so the father told his sun now take all those nails out and after he had done that the father said see now the nails were like your anger you might be able to calm down but the anger was still there so just think next time you get angry think about the fence and how it hurts people when you get angry
