i now know who has the worst coffee in the omaha area... it isnt scooters as first thought, but blue line in dundee. i ordered a pourover, and what i got was a pretty much straight hot water poured through a commercial coffee maker. no weights, no measures, no blooming. so uninspired. i am guessing the water was at the wrong temp too, just based on the temp when i first tasted the coffee. it seems kind of weird that they have all the info about where their beans come from on their dispensers, yet they do the coffee an injustice by making it horribly wrong. i am sorry if you find this to be good coffee... i wish you would come try mine sometime(if you havent) so you can see what it should taste like.
