For those who have not done much research on CCSS themselves. One reason to stay away from CCSS correlated material is that the goal of CCSS is to portray these perversions as normal and positive EVERYDAY in curriculum. One day it might be a positive example in a word problem in math. Next it might be a positive example in a short story in English. Next maybe in science class. Next history class. Subtle positive examples in all subjects starting in kindergarten. This is how you indoctrinate a young mind that something that is naturally wrong is somehow right. Thats how you mess with a childs head. Thats why we should stay away from CCSS correlated material. (Its not all about standards. The so called standards are the smoke screen).
