i think ive got a pretty good relationship with our tech teams, and mostly attributed to the following practice: i have them critique my tones/styles/gear/etc after almost every service. literally: what guitar sounds the best? which amp did you prefer? settings on the pog too much? more gain/less on the solo? which stack/OD combo sounds best? more/less reverb? to the point where the tech team with little to no gear knowledge knows my amps/guitars/pedals and suddenly feels like they can contribute to conversations with OTHER guitarists across the campuses. also helps me become a better player #itsthelittlethings
