i think many first nations people live below poverty level and the post traumatic affects of the residential schools and colonial brain washing of our people. i am wanting to have a an after care/precare/wellness center for people who have been diagnosed with terminal illnesses. treatments with traditional medicines, eating for ph balance, treatment with different healing modalities, awarenesses of core causes of disease and mental counselling as well as other ways of helping people. right as first antions people we had our own way of keeping our people healthy and we have let other people take this over for us. we take a keen interest of our people health. living below poverty level does many things to people and it rakes its toll on health as well ass residential and colonial brainwashing. there are many factors affecting fn health. my idea is in beginning stages now. i have met other people who have listened to my idea of a healing center. a voice has been guiding me here and keeps me meeting new people. we have all the necessary people out there who are true caregivers.
