Collection of electricity bills to be brought as close to 100% of billing as possible. 12. Agriculture contribution of 21% to national GDP 13. Spending on non-pension social protection of GDP to at least 2% 14. 100% enrollment up to the middle level schooling and 80% universal literacy 15. Overall expenditure on Health to at least 2% of GDP. 100% vaccination of children, 50% reduction in maternal and infant mortality and at least 10% reduction in the rate of population growth. 16. Water supply and sewerage at reduced costs. 17. 50% of annual remittances into productive investment. 18. Local body Election will be occurred within 90 days (very first and very important 19. Promise). 20. Price of all things (including, wheat, food & everything) will be much lower than 21. May 2013 within 5 years. 22. Fuel (petrol, diesel, gas etc.) princes will be much cheaper within 5 years than 23. May 2013. 24. Very cheap and extra electricity will be produced & the rate of the electricity unit 25.
