i would like to remain anonymous.So i have a neighbor who has 2 small children both under the age of 7.The children are always outside alone,dirty and have been seen at the pool many times by themselves.Just last night the kids came knocking on my door at midnight asking for my kids,when i walked them home the mom was sound asleep.My kids have also told me they have been inside their home and that the kids are by themselves.I dont know wether i should call cps or not since the mother is in the army but i also dont want nothing to happen to the children because of her being irresponsible what do you all think?
