iBASTA! ENOUGH! Folks, Ive changed my mind: Im joining my fellow hood-rats in rebellion against the punto fijo represented by Carey Davis and Wendy McCammack. Im urging my fellow hood-rats to likewise declare their independence...not that theyll need any urging! What is to be done? We dont need to wait for official permission: the Neighbourhood Associations can form a Community Council to challenge the legitimacy of the Mayor and City Council; they can wrest control of the Neighbourhood Watches from SBPD, receive cross-training from Copwatch IE, and begin to take back the city, street by street, block by block. Its the same revolutionary process underway in Venezuela, and although we arent yet ready for it, when the coming City Government fails us...and it will, mark my words...that will be the end of the beginning. Congratulations, supporters of Wendy McCammock: you have persuaded me not to vote for Carey Davis! Kudos, Davis partisans: you have likewise convinced me not to vote up McCammack! (she had a hand in this decision, so did he). I hereby withdraw my consent to be governed by the likes of these...and I believe most of my fellow hood-rats have come to the same conclusion. To the rest of you: you have consented to whats about to transpire: I have not, nor have those who have likewise declared their independence. Any misrepresentations of our position will be vigourously resisted. We are no longer part of your machine.
