iCan Bike 2015 is now open for registration! Recommended by Parents, OTs, PTs, & APE Therapists throughout San Diego County Definitely worth missing part of a school day for a week to add a new activity to a childs repertoire of possibilities. My son attended two summers and we now ride weekly with friends. Sally Puhek, Parent Bike riding promotes inter-hemispheric transfer of information in the brain, and promotes overall health and fitness. This safe, protected, & friendly environment reduces the anxiety of learning a complex motor skill and enables children to succeed, which boosts confidence and self-esteem. Sharon A. Criger, PT, DPT This years program runs May 4-8 at Alliant University. Each rider participates for 75 minutes each day for 5 days. Although it may interfere with some school programs, it is a uniquely rewarding experience for all participants. Scholarships are available!
