im curious how many people actually know their body fat percentage? we had ours taken today after the race (NOT the calculated internet kind, the actual pinch your fat kind) and i was happy to know ive dropped several percent in the last year but it motivated me to want to drop another 2-3%. instead of having a weightloss challenge in the new year, who would be down for joining me in a BMI challenge?!
