im so tired of spending money marketing loss of rights ... and perps darkness of mind ... that being said ... need the rights ss-owe ... hmm ... im thinking about how to best go about t ag nnn the three lawyers simms hunter and d onorato ... and the most cost effective way/w/best-evidence-dump-evidenced ... to show ... what needs be shown for an adequate defense ... vis misdemeanor ... and of course best practices for rights remedy possibilities entailed ... and i think i am not ready for fed ex quite yet ... or ups ... since i should dupe up all the judge received in her informational ... for all three in hard copy ... and that means some print time ... along with the letter of appeal notice ... which means ... ups on friday ... and today to make sure the one im thinking of is a notary in which case i download on hard copy ... and save money ... and then simply take the packages for each of the lawyers ... and videotape the pages that i send in each package and the notary notarizing ... and putting the ups ... envelope-pack thing on each package ... so ... they get the info on mon. which is in timeline zone of 20 days ... and i simply get the transcript (3rd) one myself ... or since it is only the filing i may be able to send it after the filing and before the date for appeal hearing ... but i can find that out on friday too ... and so i still have the weekend also for filling out the appeal paperwork ... cause tho duty bound ... and he may perform once he has signed ... for info ... anyway once delivered ... by ups ... since i have video of sending ... well ... he can help or not but obviously ... he has to appear first ... so anyway ... if i send ... everything i sent the judge ... inclusive of the email interactions i had with hunter ... prior to the last hearing ... all that went to the judge ... and if i have ... simms made known ... that ... he needs to be able to account for his work and signature ... on themotion to supress ... well .... they are all officers of the court these lawyers ... even in private practice .. officers of the court ... have an obligation to stop theft by extortion ... and not conspire to ignore impeachment exculpatory and estoppel evidence ... yup yup ... same same for judges who also are ... officers of the court ... since also ... lawyers ... yup ... now if i could only find a way to hmm ... still tosay give them notice ... tho have already sent emails to them ... hmm ... maybe i call and say ... i am filing for appeal by right of law ... cause of massif court due process breaches ... equating to ... coercion and crime clear ... in preponderance of ... evidence ... evidenced ... in court transcripts and such ... anywya ... maybe i call them and tape the call ...heck let them know that i am taping the call ... or most likely ... let their tape know ... that i am taping the call ... and hay ... why not ... post that too ... you know ... for quality control .... ss ... ss ... ss ... eh ... yup ... yup ... that should help for the public record ... awww ill ss oo eh ... yup yups ... so today the calls with documentation of quality ... c on troll ss ... and output of circa 120 pgs ... and run up the st to double check the ups guy is a notary too ... and hay ... i have cable back on with the largest tv screen ive ever had ... works great ... also ... in its original purpose ... to show what is on the computer monitor ... tho ... no longer set up for the street ... but for my room ... wow ... kind of nice ... but i may yet be doing trailer ... video trailers ... and auctioninfo ... from the trailer ... that being said not their yet and who knows ... maybe by that time if can save up enough dole money ... for ... a dedicated trailer tv for video trailers and auction info ... maybe even for ... wow ... t-shirt ... audio visual advertising from ... street vendor trailer ... course would have to get a license if i wanted to sell something on the st ... hmm ... or would i ... im never too clear about ... unpersons and the applicability of ... law upon such ... when the courts have gone rogue ... but hay ... bet a jury could sort it out ... makes me think about ... coram paribus jury search video advertising from trailer ... but hmm ... guess since winter is coming along i would have to find the money for acrylic enclosure of trailer w ... tv monitor ... but that being said ... that could be done ... yup yup ... wow ... maybe if i put an awning over the trailer ... i could do ... hmm ... canvas with video tv monitor ... the feasability of ... a canvas trailer store ... maybe park it out in front of hmmm ... yeah that is it ... the archives or the american history museum ... you know ... opposite the doj ... eh ... hmmm ... wow the opportunities are ... so vast ... once it all starts ... coming hmmm to gather ... eh ...
