It is also true that the children of the working class and what passes for the middle class are forced to attend schools that are poorly staffed, poorly equipped, schools that were built decades ago with no running water, no science labs, no computer labs, no audio-video equipment, no libraries, gymnasiums, campuses cluttered with grass and garbage, staffed with unmotivated and poorly paid teachers.
