in last 2 weeks of my stay in mayapur , i see mayapur is now turning from divine village into a city made of non natural cement and conjested tall towers almost kissing eachother due to bad property laws. i did some commercials and i see it is possible to make 100 % natural houses which will include fruit vegetable gardens in mayapur and also such houses shall be flood resistant. i know i cannot stop mayapur becoming a city but i can try is to make it a vedic eco city. natural house + land cost makes it almost equal the cement and mayapur soil is not useful for mud house construction so we need to get most material from 200 km far from mayapur what i am planning to have is in every 2 kathas land (720 sqft is 1 katha) i can keep 1 katha for garden and 1 katha for the house which will have 15 feet high granite stone pillars and then ground plus 1 floor house which will make it around 1420 sqft house what is your suggestion ? would you like 100 % natural house in mayapur which will cost almost same as cemented congested apartments which are selling in mayapur presently ? call me + 91 9867 64 64 64 , i will leave mayapur before 13 march i think , we can make stone pillar of 25 feet and above also
