in spite of the couple of days that I really had trouble with this week and the fact that Im in a damn fog because I only got 2 1/2 hours sleep, day 15 being HERE and NOW, well mostly, hey, pobodys nerfect. at 4. when I use only one number, that means that my anxiety and depression are at the same level. if not, I differentiate. Im going to go and try to download and post a couple of pictures. lets see if I can actually manage to do it myself. yeah, I did it myself last time, but that doesnt mean I can do it again. I shall return. I think.
