The girls do NOT have to wear dresses but if theyd like & you need one, here is something to look into. Swapping is the NEW shopping! @ Cambridge Springs Public Library. Bring in previously worn (good condition, clean & pressed please!) semi-formal or formal dress, shoes, & accessories & swap them for ones that are new to you! Drop off items: anytime during library hours January 27th-31st. You will be given a swap voucher. The swap: Saturday, February 1st from 10-1 pm-come with your voucher (no voucher, no swap!) and take home a brand new style! No dress? No problem! Saturday, February 1st from 1-3 pm-you can purchase items, no voucher needed! Dresses $10., Shoes $3., Accessories $1. Swap Rules that are not included above: Items need to be in good condition-they reserve the right to turn items away. After leaving your items in the librarys care, you agree that they become property of the Cambridge Springs Public Library Association, you may NOT reclaim them.
