is feeling frustrated.. If anyone is thinking about opting for Spectranet internet connection, please dont. I have never had such a bad experience with any ISP ever. I paid for a connection on the 27th of last month, it took them 6 days just for installation! I had internet connection for 2 days after that (at much slower speeds than promised, of course) and then it just died! Two separate complaints raised yielded no results whatsoever and I am still without internet at home. They even decided to close my case believing (without bothering to check with me) that they had resolved my problem! I should have read the page below before going for spectranet :( Whats more, they take 45 days to process refunds if you disconnect!!
