is like today at work, I felt a lil bad still at 1st, but I still pushed myself and did my job to my best ability... 1 particular moment out ticket times got up to 9 minutes.. 11 people working but the customers over powered us. We got it down though, but a customer came up and very very irate and rudely spoke down on me and demanded me to speed up.. I rushed ran literally to the back to help expedite his order and gave him his food and apologized for the delay with a smile still... 10 minutes lazy me and him end up in the restroom together and he grabbed my shoulder and apologized for how he spoke to me and told me we were hustling and he just got frustrated with something else.. I told him it was fine and asked him did he enjoy the his delayed food. He said I would be lying if I said anything other then the best BK meal ever... I left out the restroom and told my team...
