its been a week today since I got sick and without me making a mountain out of it I have not smoked a ciggy since - not that I intended to give them up I just wasnt well enough plus the ward I was on didnt allow me out once the whole time I was in,, so I came out yesterday an I still havnt had one, they give me patches as routine and give me the rest to take home and I still avnt had a cig so am defo going to try an stop ere since the opportunity has come about, think its best if one of us do it first as we would end up killin each other haha but I have never really wanted to try before now and they do say if your heart isnt in it then you wont succeed well I think now maybe its my time xx fingers crossed ayy! haha x
