ive been playing with this sort of routine recently, its kinda a variation of supersetting. for example, i would do a set of squats to failure, then immediately moving on to dips, and after finishing the set of dips, go straight back to squats. so my routine would be squats, dips, squats, dips, squats, dips, squats, dips. 4 sets of each generally, minimal rest in between. i find that i can do more reps because of the prolonged rest, i guess. anyone tried something similar, thoughts and opinions? googling this now
