ive hesitated for years but i am finally going to start officially teaching hoop dance. ive taught a few things to a lot of girls individually and tons of people at festivals (boys and girls of all ages). but now im scared... because when i hoop dance, i just go with the beat of the music, my emotion, and any creative energy flowing through my body. i dont know how to apply that in the aspect of teaching. i dont think that is something that can be taught, only rather felt? i am very humbled and there are a lot of moves that i dont know how to do yet, i just have to remind myself that the possibilities and creativeness are endless and ever evolving. and all i can really do is inspire others to become one with the hoop and find their own flow, style, creativeness, determination, and passion. i havent sent out invites or anything because i want it to naturally take its own course and grow into whatever it is meant to. however, i have a goal in mind, hopefully this will steer in that direction and help to start me out on that new path
