..just 8 years ago, Sottoum was a street child in Cambodia, the primary bread winner in his family. Then the amazing Tania came along, set up Green Gecko Project and gave him the wonderful chance of a childhood, an education, hopes and dreams. Here is the next step in his dream coming true, flying to Dubai tomorrow for a music apprenticeship at Centre for Musical Arts for 9 months. To anyone who has lived in a foreign country other than their own, you will be able to imagine his anticipation and excitement x 1,000. We wish him all the joy, love and adventure in the world and cant wait to hear of the updates. This is proof that if we all give a little in this world, it adds up to a lot...and can actually change someones life for the better.
