just a thought we work because it is our responsibility, not for the rating, not for the recognition, not for the bonus. ang bonus ya is exactly that, its just a bonus . an extra. it is not owed to us, it is only given as an appreciation of our job well done by our employer. we do not demand for it, we do not lower the standard of our work when not given any or if given only a little.
