just got a new recipe from a friend who told me it is really good, and easy. I like good and easy. Here it is. 1 box of angel food cake mix., 1 box white cake mix. Pour both in a large bowl, mix together very well with a whisk. Put in a large storage bag, like Ziploc, and when you want a angel food cake serving for one, put 1/3 cup of dry mixture in a coffee mug, large mug, add 3 T. water, mix very well, put in microwave for 1 minute on high. and take out of cup .you can cut it in half,and put strawberries over the cake and cool whip and enjoy. you can add any fruit you like and maybe each microwave heats different so might have to cook longer but watch it she said 1 minute was all she did. so from now on each person will get their own cup. This week our store,super one has angel food cakemixes on sale for 99cents with coupon. also it is the 1 step angel food mix,just add water on package. enjoy and let me know what you think.
