just got off the phone with David at my surgeons office and I am feeling motivated! Thanks David! I called to talk to Stephanie Graham (a wls cheerleader/Nurse) but she was sick. (get well soon steph) I have been struggling since moving to Alabama and for some reason just not being as determined as i can/have been. Just feeling that i have no support. Its weird, in Ocala, people know how far ive come, up here, they just see me as what i am. they dont know the history. How hard i have fought to be the person they see. I know i still I have got to get to goal! I am going strict! no carbs, breads, pasta, rice, beloved potato, pancakes, crackers, and low sugar! Protein, veggies, fruits. OH LORD help! i know i can. I can do ALL things through Christ. He didnt lead me this far to just leave me! I GOT THIS! prayers appreciated. sorry to those that get tired of hearing about my WL journey, but hey, that is the road i am on!
