just spent the last hour appealing a denied dispute of a mac charge. The bank tells me there is insufficient info. I have to prove we were not in doylestown at a bar called stephanies on the 27th. I had to send copies of our cc statement showing charges made in the easton area on that day. I had to send copy of yankee tix to show we were not in the area the day before and I had to take screen shot of Chucks fb showing he was north at a gun fair that specific day. Really????? I had to jump through hoops! If they look at our records, there are any purchases in doylestown in the last few years. AAAHHHHH! Then I had to dispute a charge on a repair to the water neutralizer for a recalled part that was defective. I have better things to do! Like make steps.
