last night I had an incredible experience what we cardiac patients always fear....the difference between a heart attack and indigestion....those moments when suffocation comes and one has to make the decision to call or not to call the doc is critical....I was lucky as I realized i derailed my food habits and experimented with weekend galore....so the constriction in my chest is caused by the food not the poor heart....but it was that moment when you feel satisfied for a life full lived and the uncertainty that can be in a few seconds which opens up in front of you at that moment is amazing....end of the day all I can say it sure was an amazing uncertain few minutes that can seems like a very long time.....I have seen death so what is ahead is no mystery ....it may be a new chapter....but the past has been incredible and continues to be so....life is full of surprises and challenges to overcome....joi manush
