last week was for me a bad week, my depression hit me, and it hit me hard, and again I hit bottom or as close to it as I want to get, people wont/dont realise how it hits me I get down, I get paranoid and the world is out to get me, I have panic attacks about going out and talking with people and I also shut people out as a safety net, or so my paranoia tells me.... as for the I know how you feel well no, you dont know how I feel ... if everyone felt the same it would be a lot easier to deal with/treat everybody is different, I get angry, mainly at myself for letting myself down and feeling the way I do, but Im fighting, and I also need people to realise it aint a nice flat road to my destination, it has more than one bump, curve, and dangerous path along the way, if I piss you off, upset you or Im just off with you, you have to realise Im having a fight with myself most of the time and as much as Id like to, I cant just flick a switch, I aint like that, As I say, last week was bad, this week is gonna get better, Im back on the anti depressants, but non addictive ones so fingers crossed I may be sorted soon .... :-)
