lastnight was a great workout and a perfect illustation of exactly how eveyones workouts should be and continue to be if yur a serious contender of the sport in which you see yourself becomming a CHAMPION someday soon, and with the talent displayed thus far, as a coach, I see no problems seeing any of you making this a reality and raising the bar as to what true Champions not only look like talent wise,but how to conduct yourselves as role models through character with discipline, showmanship,as well as sportsmanship in and out of the ring or cage!!
