leadership is not about tittles,positions or flowcharts. It is about one life influencing another. Dear politicians General election is around the corner let me remind you that chief want of Tanzanians is someone who will inspire them to be what they know they could be. We expect policies that can be attained with available resources we have. Written policies on piece of papers are useless for us. Thank you and best wishes
