long ago, hearing my latest devastation, my Psych said: it might feel like a roller-coaster for a while. The Power in those words! Seems my major job on this planet is to become aware of the ride. Reminds me of emotions are like the weather, and invite your thoughts and feelings into your being like an honored guest. Yesterday, surrounded by loving friends and feeling truly happy, I was acutely conscious that a few hours ago it felt much different, and later it would be different again. My intention, is that when next time things appear/feel truly bleak, that I have will have true faith in the changing nature of things. Feel free to remind me. If were going to fear impermanence when things feel good; we may as well have faith in impermanence when things feel bad. (Oh, I like that, that one gets its own post :-)
