Firstly the LandDestroyer, described by the Oriental Daily as thinktank, is actually a blog contributed by 3 people. (landdestroyer.blogspot.hk/p/blog-page.html) When you say someone backed the movement isnt you supposed to prove someone has paid Occupy Central some sum? They say US-backed leadership of the movement after Benny Tai, an academic, went to the academic conference in NED. So avoid academic conferences, they are dangerous. If you say a movement is scripted somewhere you probably have to provide evidence that someone discussed about the movement from scratch isnt it. They say Entire Occupy Central Protest Scripted in Washington after Martin Lee et al were interviewed on democracy in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong Council of Women (HKCW) referred in the article is nonexistent. It is also unheard of among people in Central. So are SynergyNet, CCPL. The NED did give grants to two HK organizations. (ned.org/where-we-work/asia/china-hong-kong) The Human Rights Watch did speak about the event condemning the use of tear gas once, but thats all. Probably US was fooled if they did donate for this purpose. Looking at Oriental Dailys attempt to twist things, and the authors incomprehensible argument of the above articles, I think they are backed by huge amount of Chinese donation to create plans to overturn the US democracy scripted after a talk with a guy from China.
