lunchroom rolls:1 quart warm water, 4 packages dry yeast, 1 and 1/4th cup shortening, 1/2 cup dry milk, 1 and 1/4 cup sugar, 3 and 1/2 cups flour,1&1/4 tablespoon salt 2&1/2 more flour and 4 eggs. put in first add yeast and shortening and mix add eggs milk, sugar, floue ,salt and mix, add remaining flour a little at time untill dough pulls away from bowl.
