Training your whole life and the last 4 years leading up to the biggest sporting event in the world only to get injured. Talk about building resiliency! What grit wanting to finish the race! So many kids get upset if things dont go perfect in training or tournament play. Many times we have seen average effort and not appreciating the opportunity they have been given after these examples. There are also many great examples of resiliency and work ethic everyday which inspires us and the whole team. If every player came with that attitude great things will happen!
