mommy, lets make scrambled eggs wrapped in bacon for brunch! Im not sure how we would do that, but lets try. 1. weave a long bacon mat on a longish piece of foil 2. scrunch up a foil cylinder 3. build a foil nest on your baking pan 4. carefully wrap the foil with the bacon around the cylinder and cover loosely with other foil to hold in place. 5. weave ends together where they meet. 6. Set cylinder into cradle and bake in 425 degree convection oven 7. Carefully turn cylinder during bacon to crisp all sides. watch out for hot bacon grease 8. as bacon cylinder gets firmer, remove outer foil 9. bake til all sides are crisp. remove from oven, allow to cool, and serve filled with scrambled eggs on a tray. our cylinder collapsed at the last baking so we laid it over the mound of eggs on the tray. then we piled on more pig (Irish bacon and bangers)
