my cuzzs from iowa katie and tori and theyre men finaly made it here aROUND 12:00-12:30 now im going to bed big day tommoro and i dont think ill get to sleep in as late as im use to thats gonna suk and im gonna b tired but owell ill b with my baby girl, i love that i get to spend one nite a week with her now its so awesome i realy cant wait to spend everynite with her in our home it will happen before i know it i dont know for sure how long im pretty sure i have to have a job for at least 6 months and during that time do whatever i have to do before i go in front of judge to get my guardianship back then if her dad does get her i already have a good lawyer that i have for dfs so she knows whats going on and im gonna go strait into custody i dont know exactly how that works or how quickly we will be able to start going to court and stuff hopefully not long i also dont know if its a one day court and deside or whatever or if it could b dragged out i want her back asap i should of already had her back but i kept screwing up then was im casts on both legs for 3 months then a wanted felon which held me back alot i couldnt even go to the court dates bc i would of been arrested but now im warrant free clear headed and know what i gotta do no matter what my daughter is so awesome and amazing that it kills me when im w her that i didnt get her bk rite away or that i got her taken away thankfully she didnt spend a single nite in foster care and thank god for my amazing aunt kathy who has already raised 4 amazing kids that all turned out rEaly good and have good lives and my aunt is always so busy and even more now i dont know how she does it but she does and she stepped up to the plate to get chloe and has done an amazing job with her .....im gonna say definatly wont take longer than a year to get her back i plan on having a job w in the next month which will start my 6 months but i dont have a clue about the custody and have no idea how long it goes on for, but if things go the way we hopeing i wont have to fite at all
