Sad to say that The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee with the TCAN Players has come to a close. I had an incredible time playing Chip Tolentino (and Jesus), and its unfortunate that we cant keep embracing the on-stage Pandemonium for longer. But we all must undeniably grow up and move on. Cant wait to see whats in store for the rest of you! So much talent in this cast! TO THE CAST: Brad Walters- Im glad Superintendent Spriggs hurt his back in his first learn to Twerk class because you were a fantastic Panch and a joy to work with. Lali Haines- Your passion for the arts and guidance through this experience was a foundation for us all to grow from, Thank you for being the best Miss Perretti a Chip could ask for! Dan Goldstone- Mitch, please! You scared me shitless every night, and it was a pleasure to watch you work. I had so much fun working with you, so good luck with your parole and with life in general. Ben Gold- Barf, you keep rockin that magic foot- itll lead you to great things. Hope we get to work together again soon because Im nuts about ya. Juleea Gulia- Youre such a lovely girl with a lovely (incredible) voice. For the youngest member of our cast, youve shown the most maturity and professionalism through this process that I have ever seen. In our society today, thats hard to come by, and I think I speak for all of us when I say that you deserve the utmost praise and applause for that. Keep working hard, and youll go so incredibly far! Elaine Hom Eastwood- Youre one of the kindest and most wonderful human beings Ive ever met, and it was great to get to know you. Marcy, youve not only lived up to expectations, but you certainly exceeded mine. Thanks for everything, and I hope we work together again soon :-). Todd Sandstrom- You made it so difficult every rehearsal, run-through, and performance to stay in character. Leaf was a role you were born to play. *insert Dorothy voice here* I think Im going to miss you most of all. You always gave us something to smile about, and we are forever grateful. Break legs on directing Next Fall, and I hope my college audition schedule allows me to audition for it! Jess Ilana- You helped me open up to everyone in this cast throughout the rehearsal process. I would not have had as much fun were it not for goofing off with you, so thanks for everything! OH YEAH- And no hard feelings for ducking on Schwartzy during Pandemonium that one time in rehearsal.
