my dear friends, my sons 7 & 8 & my Neice 12 will be cycling 13 miles with me raising money for "Brain Injury Rehab Disorder" (BIRD) a worthwhile charity tackling neurological disorders. Please donate generously, Owais, my eldest will cycle on his own bike but Rayan will pedal along on a tag along. I promise you it will be really challenging for the boys. We are practising every other day now and Owais has managed 9 miles. As you know I also completed the 29 Mile Over The Edge Challenge in May, and will continue this year with some long distance challenges after Ramadan.
