my filter, This perception that I led you to will not be easy to believe, so first please forgive me for the choice of not wanting you see, but some shame Ive found out is just easier to hide when I have a lot in my life that I just want to keep inside. Through time and abuse there has been no end to this use, I pack it in and rip it out, then exhale the pain through my mouth, Faith and family is the rock I stand for but when my past demons come back and beat on my door I head to the the filter once more. No, Im not a saint I never claimed to be, but i believe all should hear the wondrous story of a bloodshed so gory that saved us all so we can live in glory. I dont see both as a crutch, but they will carry me through the rough, even when I know this excuse is not enough. So dont hate the fact I need a painkiller to numb my senses, when all my life Im use to putting up fences. So If you cant handle this truth stay on the other side, because my filter I have has kept me from dying inside... wrote this last night.
