my latest review:- “QUIRKY, RUSTIC & FRIENDLY HOTEL” 5 of 5 starsReviewed 2 days ago NEW I made the booking based on location, tripadvisor comments & price and I found that all the boxes were ticked strongly. Andy the owner demonstrated strong communication skills throughout: We were late, yet he was there to meet us and help with our luggage, we needed parking space and he sorted that quickly and although I am one of those annoying morning persons, breakfast was duly served early for us. The room was located upstairs and was large, clean and comfortable. On the ground floor was Andys Curio Shop (well worth a good browse) and the dining area, with TV. The hotel is near Beverley Town Centre and all the 17th, 18th and 19th Century Pubs and very close to the Minster. The Ring Road and Westwood are a short and convenient distance away. Andy gets a Ten from Len for the poached eggs on toast when we rolled in from a night out and the Chippy was shut. Room Tip: Theres only two rooms. If youre lucky to get either youll be a happy camper.
