my thoughts on this unexpected and surprising weekend: 1) last night i actually walked the red carpet at a swanky event promoting an anti-bullying campaign. Lights, cameras, interviews, etc. Ah, the glamour, and for a great cause. Very proud. 2) the Super Bowl; well.......as most of you know Im a huge Bronco fan. my first thought? wtf? My second thought? WTF? not what i was expecting. 3) i gotta be honest. as big a bronco fan as i am, i always thought the seahawks and the amazing russell wilson (who is only 25 years old) was a dominant team all year. they deserve to win. gulp. hard to say, but the truth. defense wins football games and they showcased their incredible abilities. kudos to that team. dammit. 4) lets remember its just a football game, albeit a BIG football game, but far less important than the fact we still live in a world where bullying is ok. its not. cmon people, lets get our priorities right. 5) i think its going to rain tonight in LA. WOW! now thats huge. the drought in california is dangerous and very scary. lets all change our prayers (or whatever form of energy you put out to the universe). who cares about the broncos or the seahawks, we need rain and respect for those who have endured bullying. god knows i had to endure it. 6) i think thats enough for now. much love and acceptance to all of you.
