my wife Kingsley had another stroke last weekend. It has taken awhile to figure out where we are at, how much injury there was, and what we are doing in the short term and the long term First, the stroke involved only her muscle system (weakened left arm and leg) and did not affect cognition, memory, speech, etc., thank God Because of that, we are feeling pretty good about her recovering function and returning home relatively soon (another week or two) The deeper problem is truly large, and will involve major lifestyle changes. Ever heard of the Esselstyn diet (completely plant-based)? Thats pretty much our future. It happens to be how Pres. Bill Clinton has survived and thrived
