Once the leadership fails, automatically the business will fail. That is why the right leadership style should be applied in business as necessary. Leadership is the act of influencing people so that they will strive willingly towards the achievement of the group or corporate objectives and not the act of coercing people to achieve your goals. As a leader, youve got to be friendly, free, flexible and not too rigid. Give room for suggestions coming from your staffs and customers, most importantly you lead by example.
