In 2012 April I Decided to get the v9x from GLOBAL NISSAN SILVERTON. The deal was arranged and a QUOTE/AGREEMENT was made between Myself and Global Nissan. The sales person was Stefan. It was agreed that on their invoice I will receive a CANOPY and a Navigation Unit. He agreed with me that My 2010 Navara will be settled (NOT TRADE IN but SETTLED) and that the Nav Unit Will Be installed. Stefan and a Sales Person from Global Nissan delivered the vehicle to my house, the nav unit was not Installed but he said and promised that it will be done. After I have signed the documents The Sales Person with Stefan took the 2010 Keys and left as it would have been settled. (on page 9 part J the last Three sentences it is AGREED that the CURRENT MFC ACCOUNT BE SETTLED BEFORE PAY OUT, SETTLEMENT REQUIRED BEFORE PAYOUT INGWE P10099609 of the attached agreement) This vehicle was never settled and after many phone calls and emails to Stefan about the double PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH he was either fired or retrenched or what ever the case may be. Stefan Still then promised to settle the car as the agreement is clear om the quote/agreement. Stefan brought the vehicle back to me in September with the excuse that they made a mistake and that they arranged for a TRADER to buy the vehicle as this will then pay back my MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS that I have paid. I waited for weeks Somewhere in AUG Johan Rheeder tried to contact Me about the vehicle. I did not know who he was and did not bother me as Stefan is the sales MANAGER. AFTER A LOT OF HASSLES AFTER SEPTEMBER I contacted Johan but due to COURSES I had to attend only saw him in JANUARY. ( The vehicle was PARKED AT my Business, AGAIN I TOOK OUT INSURRANCE as I cancelled it AFTER they took the vehicle) Johan Said he will have a look at my files and that I should bring him the vehicle. I delivered the vehicle to him. GLOBAL NISSAN SILVERTON then contacted me and said they see nothing about a trade in ? AFTER I contacted MFC for advice the consultant agreed that they should have settled the 2010 navara as it is agreed on page 9 part J. After speaking to johan about this part of the contract he did not know what to say and was kind of bewildered and said to me that he must talk to his accountant (obviously also their attorney). 3 Days later I received the email (BELOW). It seems like they just want to get out of the agreement. I have purchased 2 Micras and also a NP200. Also hade 3 Family members buy vehicles which includes a NAVARA. I don’t know who to turn to and hope you can assist ??? I have PAID R80226.72 for a vehicle I did not use and WOULD like to get the vehicle settled as the agreement indicates (what was promised to me) and want the money that I have paid returned with interest back. I also requested my contract agreements and other documents from Johan and Have had no success in receiving the documents MFC supplied the attached contract.
